Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order will likely have entered processing and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
If you cancel your order within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

If you remain unsatisfied, you may return the items within 60 days of purchase for a refund. Please note that:

Damaged Items
We carefully package our products to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. However, if an item arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 72 hours of delivery at adam@notoxskincare.co.
- Include a clear photo of the damage in your email.
Damaged items are considered those with defects or physical breakage. Damaged packaging alone (e.g., dented boxes) with the product intact does not qualify as damage. If your item is confirmed as damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, certain factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, customs processing) may cause unforeseen issues.
- If you encounter delivery problems, please contact the courier directly for assistance.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the courier.
